Job Description

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Fatimanagar, Hadapsar

Microinch Hub is looking for an HR Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative operations

Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation

Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate coordination

Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes

Handle basic HR-related queries from employees

Support attendance, leave management, and internal coordination

Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

Requirements:

Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation)
