Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Administrator. The responsibilities include managing core human resources functions, offering support with benefits administration, implementing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves supporting HR management activities, coordinating with different departments, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management processes
• Experience in Benefits Administration and working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience within the food manufacturing or export industry is a plus
• Familiarity with local HR practices and regulatory compliance in India is advantageous
