Role Overview:
Fincart is looking for an experienced HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The role involves employee engagement initiatives, event coordination, and overall HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR administrative operations and documentation
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events
- Coordinate onboarding, attendance, and employee records
- Assist with HR policies, compliance, and internal communication
- Manage office administration and vendor coordination
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Admin or similar role
- Hands-on experience in employee engagement and event management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
