Role Overview:

Fincart is looking for an experienced HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The role involves employee engagement initiatives, event coordination, and overall HR administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle HR administrative operations and documentation
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Coordinate onboarding, attendance, and employee records
  • Assist with HR policies, compliance, and internal communication
  • Manage office administration and vendor coordination
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Admin or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in employee engagement and event management
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation
