We're Hiring HR Manager (MHRM Immediate Joiner)
We are a medium-sized partnership firm in the Printing & Packaging manufacturing industry, looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end Human Resources operations at our facility.
Location: Kotambi, Vadodara Transportation: Company-provided transport from Vadodara CTC: No bar for the right candidate
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for complete HR operations with a strong focus on statutory compliance, shop-floor manpower management, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Labor law & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.) Liaison with labor authorities, PF/ESIC departments & consultants End-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, supervisory & office staff Onboarding, induction, documentation & HR record management Payroll coordination, attendance, overtime & leave management Contract & temporary labor compliance Employee relations, grievances, counselling & disciplinary actions HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook implementation Support audits, inspections & training initiatives
Candidate Profile
MHRM (master's in human resource management) - Mandatory 5-7 years of HR experience (manufacturing / printing / packaging preferred) Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance Experience handling shopfloor & contract labor. Immediate joiner preferred Strong communication & coordination skills
