This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Hyderabad. In this role, the HR Manager will oversee employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies, as well as performance management and benefits administration. They will lead initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop staff development programs. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and work closely with department heads to address workforce needs effectively.

• Proficiency in employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Experience in performance management, training, and employee development
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent skills in communication, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive employee relations and foster a motivated work environment
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry is advantageous
