Job Description

Role Description


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in head hunting, HR policies, and real estate industry practices . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, driving talent acquisition strategies, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Head Hunting


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, especially niche and leadership positions
  • Actively headhunt talent through networks, referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, and market mapping
  • Partner with business heads to understand manpower planning and hiring needs
  • Ensure timely closures with quality talent aligned to organizational goals


HR Policy


  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and real estate industry norms
  • Handle audits, inspections, and statutory documentation
  • Interpret and communicate HR policies clearly across the organization


Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exit processes
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture


HR Operations & Reporting


  • Supervise payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)
  • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for management review
  • Ensure accurate employee records and documentation


Qualification & Required Skills


  • Strong head hunting and strategic hiring expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 58 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate or allied industries
