Job Description:

Position: HR Manager

Location: Dehradun (Work from Office)

Experience: 37 years (preferably in professional services or corporate setup)

CTC: Rs. 5,00,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and compliance

Develop and implement HR policies and processes

Drive performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff

Handle confidential and sensitive matters with maturity and integrity
