Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Talent Acquisition
on an AM level is a must

*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a talented Manager HRBP to join our Interior Design firm. As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
*Responsibilities:*
-Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
-Manage job postings on various platforms, including social media and job boards
-Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers and candidates
-Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
-Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
-Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
-Provide excellent candidate experience and employer branding
*Requirements:*
-Minimum Graduate degree in HR or related field
-2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment in Real Estate
-Experience working with Interior Design or Architecture industry is a plus
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Office and HR software
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
