Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration using HRMS platforms.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Support performance management activities, including performance reviews and employee feedback.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training, workshops, and orientation programs.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in HR management or a similar role with strong knowledge of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and advanced skills in MS Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
