Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, handling inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain and manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration using HRMS platforms.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Support performance management activities, including performance reviews and employee feedback.
- Organize and coordinate employee training, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in HR management or a similar role with strong knowledge of HR functions.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and advanced skills in MS Office applications.
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
