Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resource Manager. The role involves managing recruitment processes, designing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also handle performance management systems, organizational training, employee engagement, and benefits administration to foster a positive work culture and drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and training & development
• Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and team-building strategies
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and managing compliance with labor laws
• Experience in performance management systems and employee benefits administration
• Ability to effectively communicate, build relationships, and foster a collaborative workplace
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
