The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role provides guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and talent strategies to drive business performance and a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Support change management initiatives to enhance business performance.

2. Talent Management

  • Lead the talent review process, identifying high-potential employees and development needs.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with business needs.

3. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations regarding employee complaints, misconduct, or grievances.
  • Ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

4. Performance Management

  • Guide managers on goal-setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
  • Coach leaders on feedback, employee motivation, and team dynamics.
  • Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions where needed.

5. Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Lead culture transformation initiatives that promote innovation, accountability
  • Implement change management strategies such as digital transformation.


6. Culture & Engagement

  • Drive initiatives to build a strong organizational culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
