About the role:

As a HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance to ensure smooth HR operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. You will also act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and ensuring a positive workplace experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave tracking.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Manage exit formalities and documentation for departing employees.



Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role is a must.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
