Job Description
Role: Assistant Manager Human Resources
Experience: 23 years preferred (exceptional fresh graduates or interns with relevant interest may also apply)
Work Mode: Onsite, full-time at Onlygood Gurugram office
Education: Degree in Psychology, HR, MBA, or equivalent fields
Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and performance documentation.
Assist in designing HR policies, feedback mechanisms, engagement programs, and appraisal cycles.
Coordinate training, development, and internal communication initiatives.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Work closely with leadership to ensure cultural alignment and process consistency.
Strong interest in HR, people operations, and organisation development.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage multiple tasks.
Empathy, professionalism, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Enthusiasm to work in a fast-growing, impact-oriented startup.
