Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a versatile Executive for HR & Administration to be the heartbeat of our organization. This dual-impact role requires someone who can seamlessly switch between finding world-class talent and ensuring our office runs like clockwork.
You will be the primary custodian of our workspaceensuring it is productive, safe, and welcomingwhile simultaneously driving the recruitment lifecycle to help scale our engineering, business, and product teams with culturally aligned individuals.
What will you be doing?
1. Talent Acquisition & People Growth
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for both technical and non-technical roles.
Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn, niche groups, universities, and personal networks to find experienced pros and high-potential freshers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to deep-dive into technical requirements and cultural fit.
Diversity & Inclusion: Proactively lead initiatives to ensure a balanced and inclusive workforce.
Candidate Experience: Maintain a smooth, professional, and empathetic interview journey for every applicant.
Campus & Outreach: Manage relationships with university placement cells for internship fairs and graduate hiring.
Reporting: Maintain the recruitment database and provide weekly updates on hiring velocity and bottlenecks.
2. Office Administration & Compliance
Office Operations: Oversee daily upkeep, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness standards.
Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (pantry, internet, utilities) to ensure high quality at optimized costs.
Compliance & Records: Assist with mandatory documentation, including POSH filings, fire safety norms, and statutory labor law displays.
Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor office/pantry supplies to ensure zero downtime and maintain a detailed log of company assets (laptops, furniture, etc.).
Events & Logistics: Organize team events, town halls, and celebrations. Handle travel bookings and local transport for the team.
What you'll need to bring to the table?
Experience: 12 years of experience in Recruitment and Office Administration, ideally within a fast-paced startup.
Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and screen for technical roles.
Communication: Fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is highly preferred.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and tools like Slack.
Good to have:
Problem-Solving: A "get-it-done" attitudeable to handle unexpected issues (like a Wi-Fi outage or an AC repair) quickly and calmly.
Organization & Detail: High precision in maintaining records, bills, expense reports, and managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
Negotiation: Strong skills in vendor negotiations and a solid understanding of compensation structures.
