Good to have skills: statistical methodologies
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters Full time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in building data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans.
- Linking analytics results with Behavioral Science/ Industrial and Organizational Psychology concepts.
- Working knowledge of basic/advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies in the workforce analytics space.
- Good to have practical knowledge in the areas of Natural Language Processing.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions.
- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs.
- Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
- Support Product Development and own the delivery of new OA products.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in business data analysis and Talent management-related programs (workforce transformation, talent strategy, HR strategy, organization & operating model design, and business readiness).
- Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies.
- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools.
- Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment.
