3Minds is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Recruitment and Office Operations to join our team in Mumbai. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment.

As part of the HR team, you will support talent acquisition, onboarding, and daily HR operations, while gaining practical experience in building and managing a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews and share feedback with hiring managers
• Collaborate with internal teams for recruitment and operational requirements
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to the HR department
• Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and ongoing projects
