Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic liaison between employees and management, driving a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless implementation of HR practices across locations.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism
- Drive employee wellbeing initiatives to enhance engagement and morale
- Facilitate constructive dialogue and mediate between employees and management
- Champion and strengthen organizational culture through impactful engagement initiatives
- Business Travel across site locations to ensure consistent HR presence and support
- Interpret, implement, and govern HR policies and SOPs effectively
- Lead performance management cycles including appraisal process and ensure objective evaluations
- Oversee and manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) interventions
- Address CTC-related concerns with clarity and transparency
- Design and deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences
- Support recruitment initiatives as and when required
- To Drive ERP and Tech Driven initiatives in culture building
Must have:
- Masters degree in Human Capital / Human Resources
- 34 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of Payroll and Compliance
- Working Condition, Environment and Location:
- Base Location: Baner
- 6 Days working
- All Leaves and Paid Holidays applicable as per S&E Act
- Role requires travel across Sites PAN India Quarterly
