Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic liaison between employees and management, driving a high-performance culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless implementation of HR practices across locations.

• Responsibilities:

1. Manage and resolve employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism
2. Drive employee wellbeing initiatives to enhance engagement and morale
3. Facilitate constructive dialogue and mediate between employees and management
4. Champion and strengthen organizational culture through impactful engagement initiatives
5. Business Travel across site locations to ensure consistent HR presence and support
6. Interpret, implement, and govern HR policies and SOPs effectively
7. Lead performance management cycles including appraisal process and ensure objective evaluations
8. Oversee and manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) interventions
9. Address CTC-related concerns with clarity and transparency
10. Design and deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences
11. Support recruitment initiatives as and when required
12. To Drive ERP and Tech Driven initiatives in culture building

Must have:

• Masters degree in Human Capital / Human Resources
• 34 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of Payroll and Compliance

1. Base Location: Baner
2. 6 Days working
3. All Leaves and Paid Holidays applicable as per S&E Act
4. Role requires travel across Sites PAN India Quarterly
