We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and results oriented Sales Hunter specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HCM consulting and advisory services with a proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales growth. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the HCM sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target and engage potential clients in need of HCM consulting and advisory services and related solutions through research, networking and prospecting
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client challenges and present tailored HCM solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations to be HR allies and navigators for the client, share HR best practices and add value to the customer from a platform agnostic perspective
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in target organizations
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and performance metrics
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adapt strategies

Required experience and skills

• Proven experience in a sales hunter role, specifically within the HCM industry
• Experience of HCM specific consulting and advisory
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• In-depth knowledge of Hire to Retire lifecycle, HCM solutions and industry best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
