Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementation for clients or internal teams, including system setup, configurations, data migration, and integrations.
  • Customize HubSpot workflows, CRM properties, reporting dashboards, lead scoring, and automation processes based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define project timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes.
  • System Integrations:
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems and applications such as Salesforce, and various marketing platforms using APIs, HubSpots native integrations, and custom development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot integrations and API connections.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, troubleshooting any platform-related issues.
  • Work closely with HubSpot support to resolve any platform-related bugs or issues.
  • Data Management & Migration:
  • Oversee and manage data imports/exports, ensuring clean and accurate migration of data from legacy systems to HubSpot.
  • Work on improving data integrity and the structure of CRM data for better insights and reporting.
  • Best Practices & Optimization:
  • Stay up to date with HubSpots new features, tools, and updates, and recommend improvements for existing processes.
  • Implement best practices for HubSpot usage, helping internal users to fully leverage the platform.
  • Continuously improve internal workflows and optimize HubSpot processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training for internal teams on how to best use HubSpot tools and features.
  • Document custom processes and configurations within HubSpot for future reference.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot across different Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service).
  • Proven track record of managing HubSpot technical implementations from start to finish.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs, integrations, and custom development.
  • Comfortable with data migrations, importing/exporting large datasets, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and optimizing HubSpot performance.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Certifications (preferred but not required):
  • HubSpot Certification (HubSpot CMS, Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub).
  • Additional relevant certifications in technical implementations or integrations (e.g., API, integration platforms).

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience in managing and implementing marketing automation strategies.
