Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced HubSpot Consultant / Product Specialist with 45 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service functions. The candidate will own the HubSpot ecosystem, drive automation, ensure CRM data governance, and lead a small team of 23 members.

This role requires strong technical configuration expertise, business process alignment capability, and excellent communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
• Interact and Integrate with the existing Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes
• Configure CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
• Build and maintain integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware
• Ensure data hygiene, governance, and compliance best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Lead and mentor a small team (23 members)
• Drive CRM adoption and stakeholder engagement
