Role Description

This is a contract role for a HubSpot Consultant/Architect located in Gurugram. This is a fully remote role.

Partner with clients to understand their growth goals and translate them into scalable, high-performing HubSpot solutions.
Design and implement HubSpot systems that connect marketing, sales, and operations into a cohesive revenue engine.
Lead on-boarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to drive platform adoption and long-term success.
Continuously explore new HubSpot features and martech innovations to bring forward-thinking solutions to clients.
Lead the architecture and configuration of HubSpot portals, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and best-practice implementation.
Design and deploy advanced automation workflows, API-based integrations, and custom solutions to support complex marketing and sales processes.
Act as the primary technical authority on HubSpot functionality, integrations, and extensibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and development teams to deliver seamless, results-driven implementations.

Qualifications

Expertise in HubSpot CRM configuration, customization, and architecture
Proficiency in digital marketing and inbound marketing strategies
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and creating workflows
Strong project management and client communication skills
Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
Certification in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an advantage
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Salary

Revenue sharing for the Jr. Partner Role and based on the availability (anywhere between 10lkh - 20lkh/year approx.)
