About the Role

Were looking for a HubSpot CMS Developer who enjoys building seamless digital experiences and solving complex development challenges. If you have hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS development, custom modules, and integrations, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and email templates using HubSpot CMS
• Build custom themes, templates, and responsive modules using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript within the HubSpot Design Manager
• Create and optimize HubSpot email templates, programmable emails, and custom quote templates
• Implement HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and integrations
• Work with HubDB and dynamic content to build scalable CMS solutions
• Develop and manage API integrations using HubSpot private apps
• Build serverless functions for secure server-side JavaScript operations
• Implement customer portals via Service Hub, including role-based access, SSO/MFA, and CRM integrations
• Ensure websites are optimized for SEO, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Core Requirements

• 24 years of experience working with HubSpot CMS development
• Strong hands-on experience with HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and building responsive themes, templates, and custom modules in HubSpot Design Manager
• Experience developing website pages, landing pages, email templates, and programmable emails within HubSpot
• Good understanding of HubSpot CRM implementations, workflows, automation, and Service Hub portals (including role-based access and integrations)
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot APIs, private apps, and third-party integrations
• Experience working with HubDB, dynamic content, and serverless functions for secure backend operations
• Strong front-end development skills, preferably with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and build scalable CMS solutions
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and good communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with ShopifyHubSpot integrations for syncing customer and sales data
• Experience working with Webflow and HubSpot form/data integrations
• Exposure to WordPress or other CMS platforms
