Job Description
Managing the learning and development function for sales team and channel partner’s in line with business.
To manage the inflow of the new Joiners by ensuring adequate learning journey.
Responsible to train and certify the employees through Virtual/Classroom / e-Learning modules.
Training the participants on products of the bank (sales skills and other related skills) to perform the job.
Managing the throughput of the training batch and hygiene under check not limited to attendance, feedback, mock and final assessment.
Have visibility of training calendar and adherence to the same.
Ensuring the learners have 100% adherence to e-learning during the learning journey.
Create Training materials and development programs on operational needs.
Keep records of all training and perform periodic assessment of employee skills.
Areas to be Managed: Rajasthan and Delhi
