Job Description:

1) Overall work experience of 2+ years with experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding function for an organization.

2) Should have worked to source / screen candidates for organization or on behalf of the customer

3) Should have worked on SF / Taleo / Hirevue as a system

Talent Management

1) Overall work experience of 2+ years with minimum 2 year experience in supporting Administrative function within Workforce Planning, Onboarding , Employee Development , learning & development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning , Change Management , Exit Management within the organization.

2)Extensive knowledge of leading ERP and Data Maintenance Practices, Data management tool

3)Knowledge of HR process administration. Strong communication (verbal and written) Analytical Skills.
