Job Description:

Admin Support: o Provide administrative support for all L&D activities. o Manage bookings and scheduling for training sessions. o Maintain and update departmental databases. o Prepare materials and resources for training programs. o Assist with the development and implementation of e-learning courses. o Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs. o Handle logistics for training events, including venue arrangements and participant communications.

• Course Management: Upload and configure courses on the LMS, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date. • Session Creation: Create and manage course offerings and sessions, including scheduling and participant enrollment.

• User Support: Provide technical support to users, resolving any issues related to course access and navigation.

• Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on course completion, user progress, and system usage.

• Course Launch: Launch compliance courses and ensure they are accessible to all employees.

• Assignment: Assign compliance courses to the entire organization, ensuring all employees are enrolled and notified.

• SharePoint Design: Design and maintain SharePoint sites to support L&D activities, including creating pages, libraries, and lists.
