Job Description:

• End to End Recruiting responsibility, which involves requirement gathering, Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, salary discussion, and onboarding.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, networking, and advanced tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to identify and engage top talent.

• Partner with the hiring managers to understand their expectations regarding the quality, quantity, cost & time.

• Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates.

• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on candidate pipeline status, diversity, and recruiting efficiency.

• Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by Manager, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.
