Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for our HRMS platform

Conduct product demonstrations with HR leaders and key decision-makers

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Build and nurture strong relationships with SMEs and mid-sized organizations

Achieve defined revenue and customer acquisition targets

What Were Looking For:

210 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Software Sales

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience selling HRMS, ERP, or SaaS solutions will be an advantage

A self-driven, target-oriented professional with a growth mindset
