HRMS Executive

We are looking for an HRMS Executive who can manage, develop, and implement HR software processes across the organization.

• Manage and improve HRMS software modules (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, etc.)
• Coordinate with developers for HRMS development & customization
• Implement HR processes into the system smoothly
• Handle biometric integration & data accuracy
• Train employees on HRMS usage
• Generate HR reports & dashboards
• Troubleshoot HRMS issues with IT team

• Experience in HRMS software management / HR Tech
• Basic understanding of HR processes & payroll
• Ability to coordinate with developers & HR team
• Good Excel & reporting skills
• Problem-solving mindset

• Experience in HRMS implementation projects
• Knowledge of cloud-based HR systems
