Job Description

The HRIS Analyst will primarily be responsible for managing the Contingent and Supplier Resource workforce in Workday. This role involves creating new contingents, following up on contract end dates, initiating extensions and departures per leaders' requests, and providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. In addition, the Analyst will provide front-line support for the HRIS team. This is a great opportunity to learn Workday from the ground level with room to grow.

This is a full-time position as a regular employee, based in our Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

  • Create New Contingents and Send Notices: Manage the addition of new contingents and supplier resources and ensure proper notification procedures are followed.
  • Follow Up on Contract End Dates: Monitor contract end dates and follow up with leaders, especially those who do not take action upon receiving system alerts.
  • Initiate Extensions and Departures: Handle requests from leaders to extend or terminate engagements of contingents and supplier resources.
  • Check Extension Approval Status: Ensure that approvers are reminded and that extension approvals are tracked diligently. Coordinate extensions with the IT team.
  • Approve Departures and Send Notices: Validate and approve departures, ensuring that notices are sent out promptly.
  • Create New Suppliers and Validate SOW: Manage the creation of new supplier companies and validate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Instruct Leaders on Contingent and Supplier Resource Forms: Provide guidance to leaders on filling out contingent and supplier resource forms correctly.
  • Create Supervisory Organizations: Establish supervisory organizations for individual contributors managing contingent and supplier resource workers.
  • Provide Contingent and Supplier Resource Reports: Generate and provide various reports related to contingents and supplier resources for different purposes.
  • Manage Contract End Dates: Maintain contract end dates and manually follow up on leaders who do not respond to system alerts regarding expiring contracts.
  • Provide support as needed to the HRIS team in JIRA ticket management and Workday support.

Requirements

  • Some experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Must possess strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate and interact with leaders and suppliers.
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports.
