Job Description
This is a core management role reporting directly to the CEO, tasked with building and optimizing the global HR system (covering Indian and European bases). It is critical to supporting the companys global production strategy and cross-regional team collaboration.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Establish a unified global HR system (recruitment, training, performance, employee relations);
2. Develop global talent strategies to meet the talent needs of base expansion;
3. Drive organizational change and cross-regional team integration;
4. Build a competitive global compensation system compliant with local regulations;
5. Handle cross-regional employee relations and risk prevention.
Scenario: Participate in global management quarterly meetings to resolve cross-continental talent collaboration issues; Lead talent recruitment and organizational setup for new European plants.
Job Requirements
Hard Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration, etc.
2. HR experience in pharmaceutical industry, including cross-border (Europe/India) HR management experience;
3. Proficiency in labor laws of India;
4. Rich experience in full-module HR system building for manufacturing enterprises;
5. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese.
Soft Requirements:
1. Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills;
2. Strong strategic thinking and business alignment ability;
3. High pressure resistance and willingness to travel between India and Europe.
