Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives. Drive talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Provide guidance on performance management and career development plans. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR practices. Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. A successful HR Business Partner should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India. Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
