Teleperformance is looking for an experienced Manager Talent Excellence with strong expertise in handling Employee Grievances & HRBP responsibilities.

Location: Chennai

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Week Offs: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and satisfaction

• Manage employee grievance redressal with empathy, fairness & timely resolution

• Provide advisory support to employees and leadership on HR policies and practices

• Build a positive workplace culture through proactive employee experience initiatives

• Work closely with operations & leadership teams for people-centric decisions

• Conduct employee connect programs, skip-level meetings, exit discussions, etc.

• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance & disciplinary processes

Required Experience & Skills

• 58 years of relevant HRBP / Employee Relations / Talent Excellence experience

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution & stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work under high-pressure environments with a solution-oriented approach

• Proven track record in grievance handling & employee satisfaction improvement
