Responsibilities-
Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and organizational design.
Talent Management
- Support succession planning, career development, and employee growth initiatives.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure hiring strategies meet long-term business needs.
Performance Management
- Implement and oversee performance review systems.
- Coach managers on leadership practices and handling performance issues.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Develop programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Change Management
- Guide leaders through organizational changes such as mergers, restructures, or expansions.
- Ensure smooth transitions and manage the human impact of change
Compliance & Policy Development
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies to maintain compliance and support business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and measure HR initiatives for effectiveness
