Our offerings include product-led engagement and offering service based Corporate Wellness offering in the Health and Wellness Space like EAP programs, Fitness options like Stepping and Weight Loss Challenges, Online Doctor Consultations, Customized Health Checks and more.

Role Overview:

As a HRBP, you will be the heartbeat of our organization. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle for a global team of 100+ employees, ensuring that our office feels like a connected, high-performing community. From the first touchpoint in recruitment to long-term career development and retention, you will be responsible for building a culture that thrives on transparency and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a diverse and high-quality pipeline.
  • Onboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into our culture from day one.
  • Documentation: Drafting official offer letters, and managing all pre-boarding compliance.
  • Campus Relations: Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with colleges and universities for internship programs and fresh-talent integration.


2. Community & Engagement:

  • Community Engagement: Maintaining a consistent social presence by creating and publishing high-engagement posts, tracking and celebrating personal and professional milestones.
  • Employee Engagement & RnR: Designing and executing Rewards & Recognition (RnR) programs and organizing virtual/hybrid events across the organization.
  • Internal Communication: Curating and distributing monthly employee newsletters to keep the team informed, celebrated, and aligned.
  • eNPS & Feedback: Owning the eNPS process - gathering, analyzing, and acting on feedback to improve the employee experience.


3. Retention, Relations & Growth:

  • Employee Grievances: Serving as the point of contact for conflict resolution and handling grievances with high confidentiality and empathy.
  • Retention & Attrition Analysis: Monitoring turnover trends and implementing proactive strategies to reduce attrition and boost long-term loyalty.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Managing processes for upskilling, tracking training progress, and identifying growth opportunities for the team.


4. Data, Systems & Admin

  • Data Management: Maintaining internal HRIS/databases with 100% accuracy.
  • Operational Coordination: Handling general HR admin, policy updates, and inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Retention Metrics, preferably in a startup or fast-pace environment.
  • Education: Graduation or Post Graduation
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HRIS Tools, Slack, Design Tools, Google Workspace
  • Communication: Exceptional writing skills for newsletters and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with grace.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn data (attrition rates, eNPS scores) into actionable strategies.
  • Empathy: A natural "people person" who can build relationships.
