Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in Transformation, Strategy, and Center of Excellence (CoE) for a role based in Bangalore.
Job summary:
The Recruitment Transformation Manager would lead strategic initiatives to optimize and innovate recruitment processes across the organization. This role focuses on driving end-
to-end transformation projects to enhance talent acquisition efficiency, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction through the adoption of new technologies,
process redesign, and change management.
Responsibilities:
Looking for new tools and technologies in recruitment to improve the productivity of
recruitment team and improve the quality of hires.
Keeping abreast of the latest trends, best practices and innovations in the
recruitment domain.
Analyze and report on the talent acquisition metrics and trends and provide insights
and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Formulating new processes to optimize the operations and streamline the process
without compromising on compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
recruitment geo leads, HR operations, legal, CRO team and vendors.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess impact and continuously
improve processes. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment
transformation initiatives.
Participating in external events and forums.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR transformation
roles.
Good exposure to new TA related technologies and tools coming up in the market.
Strong knowledge of the market trends, best practices, and legal compliance in
talent acquisition.
Good data analytics capabilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret
data and drive insights.
Proficiency in troubleshooting & resolving issues and providing strategic input on
system enhancements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
Strong project management skills with experience leading large-scale
transformation programs.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build
relationships with key collaborators at all organizational levels.
