About the RoleCostaff Global is hiring an experienced HR Technology Director on behalf of a global enterprise client. This leadership role will drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will lead HRIS transformation initiatives, automation programs, and HR analytics platforms, ensuring that HR technology supports organizational growth, operational efficiency, and a superior employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Technology Leadership- Lead the management of enterprise HR platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ensure HR systems support critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, and HR shared services.
- Maintain system performance, security, and data governance across HR technology platforms.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within HR through automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Implement Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA bots, and workflow automation to eliminate manual processes.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and dashboards.
- Lead large-scale HRIS implementations, system migrations, and upgrades.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors for seamless integration of HR technology platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, developers, and technical specialists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage operational support including system enhancements, issue resolution, and platform optimization.
- Partner with HR leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment with global HR technology strategies and enterprise architecture.
10+ years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS / HR Transformation roles
Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platforms
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Experience leading HRIS migrations, upgrades, and global HR technology programs
Strong project and program management skills
Preferred SkillsExperience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate Desktop
Exposure to AI/ML applications in HR automation or analytics
Experience working in global enterprise environments
Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
EducationBachelors degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
Masters degree preferred.
