HR Tech - Python/Django Full Stack Developer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python/Django Full Stack Developer at our Mumbai office. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing Python/Django applications, designing and implementing user interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality HR Tech solutions. The developer will also ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems while following coding best practices and staying updated on the latest technology trends.

• Proven expertise in Python development and experience working with Django framework.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) concepts, including HR Management, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits, is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Personnel Management and experience with developing tools or software for managing workforce operations is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with database systems, API development, and version control (e.g., Git) is a benefit.
