We are building a world class engineering team and are looking for a driven HR & Talent Acquisition Lead who can help us attract and hire top embedded and software engineering talent while building strong HR systems and culture.
Role Overview
This role combines Technical Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities. Your primary focus will be hiring high quality engineers including Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Bluetooth Engineers, Mobile App Developers, and IoT specialists.
You will also help build scalable HR processes and contribute to creating a high performance engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Hire Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Bluetooth Engineers, and Mobile Developers
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Cutshort, GitHub, and other platforms
Screen candidates and evaluate technical and cultural fit
Coordinate interview process with engineering team
Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing
Build strong hiring pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
HR Generalist Responsibilities
Manage onboarding process and employee documentation
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave tracking
Assist in performance review and appraisal processes
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Help build HR policies and scalable HR systems
Employer Branding
Help position IOTTIVE as a top employer for IoT and embedded engineering talent
Create hiring posts and employer branding content on LinkedIn
Support recruitment marketing initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
3 to 7 years experience in technical recruitment and HR
Experience hiring Embedded, Firmware, Hardware, or Software Engineers
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and hiring platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage full hiring lifecycle independently
Highly proactive, organized, and execution focused
Preferred Experience
Experience hiring for IoT, Embedded Systems, or product companies
Experience working in startup or technology environment
Familiarity with roles such as Embedded Engineer, Firmware Engineer, BLE Engineer, Mobile Developer
