Handled end-to-end statutory compliance , including EPF, ESIC, and all related documentation and paperwork.

Location: Lower Parel

Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (work may get extended on some days)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in core HR Compliance.

CTC: Please keep the bracket open between 6 LPA to 11 LPA .

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end statutory labour compliance for the leading Hospitality Ventures Group. This includes handling PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF, CLRA, and Shops & Establishment requirements, timely filings, audits, statutory documentation, and employee support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mandatory registrations under PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and MLWF
  • Generate UAN, ESIC Insurance Numbers, LIN Number
  • Obtain and renew Shops & Establishment Act licenses
  • Track and ensure timely submission of:
  • PF challans & payments
  • ESIC challans & payments
  • Professional Tax challans & payments
  • Labour Welfare Fund challans & payments
  • Monthly & annual statutory returns and records
  • Update employee KYC details on PF and ESIC portals
  • Support employees with withdrawals, transfers, e-nomination, claim settlements
  • Provide helpdesk assistance for PF, ESIC & Gratuity
  • Prepare monthly audit documentation ensuring zero non-compliance
  • Coordinate with EPFO, Labour Department, ESIC & other authorities through vendor partners
  • Drive closure of compliance observations and pending issues
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and compliance trackers
  • Ensure data accuracy, record transparency, and confidentiality
  • Support payroll audits and statutory reconciliations


Required Skills & Experience


  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems & compliance portals
  • Excellent documentation, record-keeping & audit skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong process discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination abilities .
