Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Specialist located in Hyderabad. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including but not limited to implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The HR Specialist will also assist in HR management tasks such as Payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
