SUMMARY 

The Shared Service (SS) Supervisor of Experience is responsible for supporting and evaluating service delivery execution and performance across HR programs, striving for experience excellence. The Supervisor establishes and monitors KPIs for the delivery team and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver critical delivery metrics that inform their own success measuresThe role serves as an escalation for resolving complex employee inquiries and identifies root cause of issues to collaborate with cross-functional teams for program and delivery improvements.  A key champion for employee self-service, they drive the creation and support of tools and services that optimize people’s success with employee experience 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

20% 

Supervises the Employee Experience team in HR Shared Services, providing coaching and guidance as teams manage through COE administration, KPI reporting and Tier 2 escalations

Evaluate inquiry trends and recommend redesign initiatives to stakeholders, facilitating group training and fact-finding sessions with business groups across the company.

Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance to help evaluate efficienciesRecommend KPI’s and other metrics for determining success.

Partner with COE program owners to create and support knowledge and inquiry management tools that provide guidance for stakeholders that are helpful and up to date

Keep up to date on legislation and regulation changes that affect related processes and refers to knowledge base and resource information for processing, particularly in onboarding processes

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder groups (COEs, HRBPs, GHRS, GIS, Business Leaders, other support staff) and collaborate on service delivery trends and improvements

Participate in system upgrades/enhancements to related HR systems to ensure support tools are updated and relevant

Executes reporting and analysis projects for internal process support, such as position management reporting and some regulatory requirements.

Helps maintain internal controls and participates in periodic control audits by internal and external partner 

 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Indicate additional specific requirements if applicable  

Education 

Bachelor’s Degree specializing in HR, Business or related field, OR equivalent work experience in human resources/payroll within a business environment 

Related Experience 

4+ years’ experience with large-company payroll; preferably in an HR environment  

Additional Education or Specific Certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (i.e. software applications, programming languages, etc.) 

Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential to success in this role 
Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Above average ability to read, write, and speak English.  Multilingual a plus.   
Ability to manage multiple, often complex, tasks at the same time. Ability to stay focused on key timeline/deliverables. Strong project, time management, and organizational skills. 
Advanced technical capability producing complex reporting, dashboards, and other analytical visuals for stakeholders 
Intermediate experience utilizing ITSM or related inquiry management tools. 
Proactive, consistently anticipates stakeholders needs, self-motivated, accountable, and goal oriented. 
Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
 

Travel (may require domestic, international and/or overnight)

Job requires hours that may occasionally exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during times of peak activity especially during projects. Evening meetings and/or weekend work occasionally required to collaborate with people in other time zones and to ensure timely project completion. Some job pressure exists in the balancing of several projects with conflicting and sometimes changing deadlines. Occasional travel required.
