What would you do? In this role, you’d be solely supporting our business partner 3 Day Blinds. Headquartered in Irvine, CA, USA, this window treatment company conducts business throughout most of the United States. The driver of the business is the Design Consultants (DCs), who support the shop at home model by going into the client’s homes and selling the product directly there. This role is the lifeblood of the business and very nuanced to recruit for given that it is a 100% commissioned position. Working Conditions – • US Hours needs to have flexibility • Shift timings – US shifts (6PM IST to 3AM IST) • Candidate should be willing to work in Rotational Night shifts • Monday to Friday • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified people, building a list of potential candidates & generating market intelligence insights in order to fill a job opening.
What are we looking for? •Talent Management •Talent Strategy •Talent Supply Demand Forecast •Talent Identification •Strategic Talent Sourcing • •• ATS (Application Tracking System) experience • HR Domain or TA certification would be an added advantage • Excellent MS Office and MS-Excel skills • Minimum of 7 years in a recruiting function, with at least half of it supporting roles based in the US; plus, if they were in Sales (salaried proff for WC) • Proficient with Operational Excellence practices • Excellent Verbal Communication Skills • Ability to have fluid and nuanced conversations in English • Customer Service Skill Test (Psychometric Test) • Email Writing Skills •1. In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Accenture Drives activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) & does whatever is needed to complete the task on time and error free 2. Drive Operational Excellence within Team and support OE Focal. Liaise with Operational Excellence Team as required 3. Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible 4. Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client. 5. Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon 6. Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions 7. Support in Knowledge Transfer of any process/client and acquires in depth knowledge of process, as required 8. Ensure the process dashboards and visual management displays are reviewed on an ongoing basis and up to date
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. implementing the overall recruiting strategy 2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications 5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 6. Decipher the truth in both what is being said and what is not being said during Preliminary calls 7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 8. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 9. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 10. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition 11. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 12. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 13. Scheduling supportAny Graduation
