Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled employee in HR Reporting and MIS background having 6-8 years of hands-on experience in preparing various HR Reports, dashboards and custom datasets.

This role demands a meticulous professional with a strong command of English and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and critically think the data and provide in a professional and managed way

Key Responsibilities:

·      Gather, Analyze and interpret data from various sources to product accurate and timely reports

·      Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and quality

·      Maintain documentatio n on reporting processes data definitions and standard report

·      Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as required.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
