Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruitment Head
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required: 510 years (Min 2 years team handling experience)
Work Mode: On-site (6 days working)
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring across all departments.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure efficient utilization of recruitment tools and databases.
- Monitor hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, etc.) and improve overall performance.
- Supervise a team of recruiters and allocate requirements based on priority.
- Train and upskill the team in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set hiring targets for the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 510 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including at least 23 years in a team-leading role.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent command over job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
