Hiring Requirement: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Recruitment Mix: 70% IT Hiring & 30% Non-IT Hiring

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle(IT/Non IT roles), from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and company hiring policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
