Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment process

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

* Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule face-to-face interviews

* Coordinate with hiring managers

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

* Follow up with selected candidates for joining

* Assist in HR administrative tasks when required

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2. Freshers preferred

3. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Basic knowledge of MS Office

6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
