This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter (Operations) located in the Greater Delhi Area. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, the recruiter will track metrics, support onboarding, and maintain candidate records in compliance with best practices.

• Experience with recruiting, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in operations or HR recruitment is a plus
