Nap Chief is looking for an HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience, primarily in non-IT hiring . This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working closely with teams and handling end-to-end recruitment.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles such as Marketing, Social Media, Operations, Sales, and Support functions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


What Were Looking For

  • 12 years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Strong exposure to non-IT hiring (startup or agency experience is a plus)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow across different HR functions


Good to Have

  • Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or operations roles
  • Startup experience
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and basic ATS tracking
