Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely closure of open positions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and functional requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the offer management process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
• Proficiency in using job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
