Role Description

This is a Onsite internship role for an HR Recruiter Intern based in Pune (Magarpatta City). The intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates using AI tools and databases. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, creating job descriptions, and supporting recruitment campaigns. The HR Recruiter Intern will also help improve recruitment strategies and ensure an efficient hiring process.
